What if the product doesn’t suit me?
If the product does not suit you in color, size or you simply changed your mind, you can return or exchange the product for any reason within 14 days from the moment you receive the product at the post office. This applies to goods of proper quality that are subject to return (for example, a crib can be returned, but bed linen cannot be returned after receipt, since this product is directly related to hygiene and it is very difficult to check whether it has been used).
Under what conditions is it possible to exchange and return goods?
- The product has not been used and its marketable appearance has been preserved (if you have already assembled the crib, then traces of assembly will remain in the places where the fittings are attached – a crib with such traces is no longer new and we will not be able to accept it back, since it is no longer possible to sell furniture with traces of use)
- The integrity of the product is preserved – there should be no scratches, dents, chips or other damage
- Saved configuration
- The item was received by you no more than 14 days ago
- The goods are packed in the same way as they arrived to you – we need to protect the cargo from damage at the post office.
- The goods are insured for their full value (then in case of damage during transportation we will be able to demand compensation for the cost of the goods from the carrier)
If the customer refuses the goods before receiving them, and the goods have already been shipped, then the seller will return the prepayment to the buyer minus the costs of shipping the goods to the buyer and back to the seller.
If the customer cancels the order before it has been shipped, then the buyer will be refunded the full amount of the prepayment.
If your order has already been shipped and you would like to redirect it, we cannot guarantee a quick change of the recipient’s address.

How does an exchange/return work?
You send us the goods, and as soon as we receive them, if the goods are not damaged (except in cases of parcel breakage due to the carrier’s fault) and there are no signs of use, we return your money to the card you specify or send you a replacement.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Be sure to inspect the parcel at the post office or in the presence of the courier before signing the act of acceptance of the parcel – even if the box seems intact on the outside, the wood inside can take the impact. If during the inspection you notice a chip, crack or dent: refuse the parcel and indicate in the act the reason for the refusal “damaged goods” or “damaged packaging” – depending on the type of damage. Then we will send you a replacement product if we have it in stock or are waiting for a parcel with damage, replace the damaged parts and send you the goods without damage.
What if I find damage to my parcel at home?
Well, this situation is also solvable, but in this case the costs of delivery and restoration of damaged parts are already borne by you. Unfortunately, if you signed and gave the document that you accepted the goods and you have no claims to its integrity and completeness, the carrier will not accept claims.
What if it’s a manufacturing defect?
There are some faults that can be noticed only after the purchase has been used, for example, a mechanism may jam or a technological hole may be offset. Malfunctions or defects that make it impossible to use the product or reduce its consumer properties are called factory defects. What to do? – Of course, let us know and we will change the part and correct the error – in this case, we will take care of all delivery costs.
Just please do not try to repair the product yourself, we would not like to bother you with these concerns, besides, you can unintentionally damage important parts. You can contact us regarding a manufacturing defect within 1 year from the date of receipt of the product – this is a warranty period that is quite enough to identify defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage resulting from intentional or careless actions of the buyer,
- goods that have been subject to changes not intended by the manufacturer,
- damage as a result of force majeure (natural disasters, military conflicts),
- accidental damage resulting from careless use,
- natural wear and tear
- damage caused by improper use of the product/as a result of violation of operating rules,
- deformation of furniture due to its use in a room with high humidity, for example during plastering, floor screeding and other construction work associated with an increased concentration of moisture in the air,
- installation of directional heating devices in the immediate vicinity of the product, hanging portable electric lamps on parts of the product,
- damage to the product’s coating due to the use of products containing abrasives, acids, alkalis for washing the product,
- change in color or shade of paint due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight,
- product failure due to heavy weight load (more than 100 kg per berth).
