PAYMENT
You can pay for the goods in the amount of 100% or 50%:
– to the current account of the sole proprietor – PrivatBank
– to the current account of OOO “Ingvart” (VAT payer) – only for enterprises
– to the current account of OOO “Artal” (not a VAT payer) – only for enterprises
– in cash – in Nikolaev
– in cash upon receipt of the goods at the Post Office (the balance of the amount for the goods minus the prepayment)
You will receive payment details from the manager after placing your order.
DELIVERY
The goods are delivered by the courier service “Nova Poshta”, the delivery is paid by the recipient.
Delivery by Nova Poshta is possible:
– to the department (if the order includes furniture, select only the cargo department over 150 kg)
– to the address without lifting to the floor
– to the address with lifting to the floor (be careful – if you have not ordered the lifting to the floor service in advance, the courier will not carry the box further than the first floor).
If your order has already been shipped and you would like to redirect it, we cannot guarantee a quick change of the recipient’s address.
FREE SHIPPING
You can pick up your finished order free of charge in Nikolaev (Nikolaev Region) – upon request.
DELIVERY ABROAD
We can deliver and sell to individuals abroad by carriers that are available in Ukraine. If you purchased a product TM IngVart in Ukraine and transported it to another country yourself, we (the manufacturer) do not provide warranty service for such a product until it is within Ukraine and do not undertake to pay for the delivery of this product from abroad to Ukraine for its exchange/return/repair, even if the product has a manufacturing defect, incompleteness or incorrect characteristics (color, size, decor, etc.).
If you wish to exercise your right, as provided by the Constitution of Ukraine, to return/exchange/repair the product or its individual parts, you must deliver this product to Ukraine yourself and at your own expense, and then notify us of your intention.
Based on the above, you may decide to purchase our product in your country if our product is sold there, or perhaps you will decide to take a conscious risk and buy our product at a significantly lower cost in Ukraine, knowing that in case of exchange/return all shipping costs outside of Ukraine will be your responsibility.
We always help our customers in difficult situations as much as possible from our side, but we are not ready to take on obligations to pay for delivery to private buyers outside our country, identical to obligations to buyers in Ukraine. Buying our goods directly from the production in Ukraine you get the best price, in which we do not include the risks of international warranty service, so we want to be honest with you right before the purchase.
